Grading Structure

 

The grading structure as outlined below is displayed by means of coloured bands worn on the white belt with the black suit.

 Attainment is achieved by passing a grading . The student is assessed from entering the class to leaving. Requirements include demonstration of both the required forms for that grading and previous forms including weapons as necessary.  The forms must be demonstrated three times consecutively to the required standard.

 The grading will include demonstration of self defense techniques against one or more attackers.

 Beyond the Brown tag the successful student is awarded the Black Belt .
